Yes. A listing is free, no company can buy a better position, and the order on every list comes from a published formula with no advertising slot anywhere on the site. What we are building on top of that is a paid route for work we pass on, which is a separate thing you would have to agree to; nothing is charged to you for simply being in the index.

Do you send me leads?

Not yet. The site now runs a request form, and what a homeowner sends reaches RestorationIndex by email. Nothing has been passed to any company from this site so far, and we will not start sending work to you without agreeing it with you first.

What does claiming my profile change?

A claimed profile carries the details you supply rather than only what Google holds: the work you actually take, your photographs, the areas you cover and a phone number you have confirmed is answered. It changes nothing about your position in the list, which is decided by the published formula alone.

Can I pay to rank higher on RestorationIndex?

My phone number is wrong. How do I get it changed?

Write to hello@restorationindex.ca with the business name and the right number. Profiles are built from public sources as of our July 2026 dataset, so occasionally a phone number, category or service area needs an update. Send it from an address at the business if you can, and it goes in on the next pass.
