  “I got in touch with Gerrard N. (Inspection Channel) and explained our problem with mold in the basement (old house) around the bathroom and kitchenette. From our telephone conversation he thought probably was not that much and not the type of work his company does. Nevertheless, Gerrard call me again later on and said his technician was going to come the next day. A lady in charge of appointments called later and made sure of our address. The next day, the technician was here. He yielded all the necessary time to make the wright assessment and advised us perhaps to call a handyman with good references as the mold is not alarming. Five stars to a good professional that is…”

  “Gerrard came out to my house to take a look and give me an honest estimate and to suggest how to improve the situation , then an appointment was arranged to remove the mold. Gerrard sent a detailed e mail with all steps involved. Gerrards team was efficient, worked very hard and left the work area spotless! Thank you, I can breathe now with a sign of relief!”

  “Was horrified to find out we had mold and then having to deal with it being removed from our home...but after speaking with Gerrard and everyone from Inspection Channel that came to the house they truly put your mind at ease.  They patiently explained the issue and how they would fix it.  Which they did in such a quick, friendly and clean manner.  Thanks for making this really easy. 🙂”

  “As others have noted on this site, I am extremely pleased with the services provided by Inspection Channel, in particular Gerard Nassar. I got a nasty surprise when I had a home inspection done prior to listing my house. I had to have environmental remediation done quickly prior to the sale. I wasn't sure what to do, but fortunately my real estate agent recommended I give Gerard a call. Gerard and his crew were very professional, quick and clean to get everything removed and insulation replaced specially considering Covid restrictions at the time. They came with all the right equipment in unmarked trucks. Gerard also accommodated my additional work request at the last minute. The overall cost was very reasonable…”
