“Had problems with a leaks in the basement allowing water in without our knowledge and ended up with lots of mold walls... carpets ... framing all destroyed by the black mold ... Mike came in and assessed the situation finding old tiles under the carpet ... took them for testing .... asbestos!!!! He assured us that he and his team could do tear down ... complete assessments and get rid of both asbestos and all of the mold to ensure our house was safe again He was true to his word. Over 3 days the contamination was halted and hauled away ... work done professionally and on time with not a spot of dust or dirt anywhere to be seen…”

“The Safe N Sound team were incredible to work with for asbestos abatement. After discovering asbestos in our main floor ceilings, we contacted Mike and received by far the most professional and reasonably priced quote of the companies we met with. Mike and his team were efficient and well organized, completing the abatement in just a few days. They also removed wood panelling and carpet throughout the house, which helped accelerate the rest of our renovation. It was a relief to have everything handled so thoroughly and professionally. I highly recommend Safe N Sound.”

“I’ve been dealing with an ongoing issue in my kitchen over the past two summers. Mike was kind enough to come by and investigate, and I truly appreciated his honesty. Rather than suggesting unnecessary fixes or trying to profit from the situation, he offered genuine recommendations; even ones that wouldn’t directly benefit him. “After a minor flood disrupted asbestos tile in my home, I needed it dealt with ASAP. Half of the companies I called went straight to voicemail with no call-back. Another company took over 12 hours to respond to each message, and by the time I got answers, they weren’t available for the day I needed. I called Safe N' Sound on a Thursday, hoping for help by Saturday, and the owner, Mike, actually called in his crew on their day off to get it done! He's a super nice guy and cared about resolving the issue quickly and safely. His team was professional, thorough, and even quoted me for a bit of extra work removing carpet on the stairs. Best…”
