“Communication with Kevin was great throughout the process. I reached out to him as soon as we learned we had mold in our attic. He sent over his tech Rakan to take a look at the space, and we were booked in for the job within a couple days. We had them take care of some mold in our powder room as well, since they were already tackling the bigger attic project - this made it more cost efficient. The process was seamless and Rakan was wonderful in explaining every detail of what will be done, and at the end of the day explaining what had been done, along with explaining the source of our mold issue and what he…”

“Very disappointing experience. I hired them for vermiculite removal in the attic, but later found a lot of material still left behind between joists, on the floor, and even in wall cavities. When I raised the issue, they refused to take responsibility and blamed it on prior conditions, even though we had inspections done before. Their poor work likely caused contamination to spread, and we had to hire another company to redo everything—costing us more time and money. Absolute nightmare! Wouldn’t recommend. Update after owners Response : Thank you for your response. However, I need to clarify several points. While I understand that complete removal of vermiculite trapped deep within structural areas may not always be possible, the issue here…”
