“5 Star Cleaning water damage emergency team did an amazing job for one of my property in North York, My tenant was away on vacation and basement was flooded by leaking fridge. Danial responded to my call and arrived with his team under an hour, They were very fast, efficient and professional in dealing with the water damage. Danial on going communication was very reassuring and an asset. He explained patiently with any of my concerns, questions I had, They dried the water damage areas in 4 days. My insurance adjuster was very happy with their restoration. I also give the repairs and restorations that needed after the drying process. Their price and their services were excellent. U was very…”

They did an amazing job cleaning and packaging our items in an organized fashion. They communicated clearly all the procedural steps for this process. “If I could give 0 stars, I would. Bare with me before making a decision to go forward with this company. We called to make arrangements for cleaning services and were quoted one price for 4 cleaners which would be the initial fee with an additional per cleaner per hour. After an hour we were then informed that the quote was incorrect and that the actual fee was 200 more. We proceeded with their services because of the reviews they received and under the impression they were qualified to accomplish the job. We informed both Lisa (supervisor) and Daniel of the state of our home (post renovated). But when the cleaners came (which by the way only 3 showed up)…”

“I am very grateful to Bob Geran and his team for coming out so quickly on the advice of my plumbing company for sewage backup emergency services. Bob always reassured me of the process and answered all questions. When the Insurance guy came home for inspection he said that he couldn’t have done a better job himself. Bob’s team had done an amazing job. I recommend them to all for all restoration work, they are friendly, punctual, got the best gear, certified and appreciated by professional in their field for the quality of work provided.
