“After our basement flooded, our insurance company initially sent a restoration company and claimed the damage was due to water seepage. We knew something wasn’t right, so we called 911 Restoration, and that was the best decision we could have made. Also, our next door neighbour was dealing with flooding the very same day. We recommended 911 Restoration to them, and they had our neighbours’ restoration and full rebuild completed in less than two weeks (their insurance accepted the claim!)
