“My basement recently flooded, and I called 911 Water Damage Experts Hamilton for help. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and worked efficiently to remove the water and dry everything out. I had mold starting to grow on the walls, but they handled it professionally and made sure everything was properly cleaned and treated. The team was friendly, explained the process clearly, and even helped with insurance paperwork. Overall, I’d recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage.”

“The first time I met Mike to enquire about the work I required, I immediately felt comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and provided valuable recommendations; moreover, he provided me with the start and end dates (it was a big job) and was very flexible. Not only he started and finished at the exact time he said, the quality of work was great. He never cut corners and treated my house like his house. What I liked the most about Mike was his honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend Mike and his team and will definitely go with them again in the future. 5 stars from me.”

“The first time I worked with Mike, I phoned him at 6.15AM when my basement flooded. He was at my home within 45 minutes. He and his crew did an amazing job with the cleanup and renovations after the flood. The biggest miracle of this whole situation is that I got through it without crying! After I moved house, Mike remodelled my kitchen, built us a back deck and pergola, and came within moments yet again when the upstairs bathroom exploded into my kitchen. Al was very professional and diligent in examining my water problem, and he offered guidance on the necessary steps to address and resolve the water damage issues, patiently addressing all of my inquiries.
