“I can't begin to describe how many times I've called on Decon for emergency services, repairs, clean-up, and even new builds/renovations. The staff is exceptionally responsive and they show up when you absolutely need them! One thing I'll say is that if you're in a bad situation when it comes to mold or emergency work, these guys will get you out of it safely and reliably. Some projects that Decon has helped me with: 1) Full Renovation of a 2nd story 2-bedroom apartment - everything from demolition to finishing. 2) Sewage back-up in my house in Toronto - The entire basement had sewage that overflowed into the washroom and living room. “If you are looking for a general contractor to assist you with renovation work or if you have hazardous substances in your home that you need removed, you won't regret entrusting your project to Decon. We have worked with various contractors across multiple properties and, for our latest project, worked with both arms of Decon, their abatement division (to remove tiles suspected of containing lead in the glaze) and their renovation division. Both teams (Julio's abatement demolition team and Javier's reconstruction team) blew our expectations out of the water. They were the EPITOME of professionalism and everything they did showcased their expertise, their dependability and their honesty. “We had to remove about 12ft of old asbestos wrap on a heating duct and also remove the vent. Julio and his team were great from start to finish, and cost effective too. They made the whole process easy for us and they completed the job quickly and very thoroughly. I will definitely use them again for any future asbestos abatement.”
