  “I received a positive lab test from Safeway for asbestos in my house that was never actually completed by the lab listed on the test. I put up a job for plaster repair. Safeway expressed interest in it. Unexpectedly, an employee showed up at my house rather than the person I was originally in contact with. He was unable to answer any questions, or provide much of any info, and began taking an asbestos sample, despite the fact that I never asked for one. I agreed to it in the end. The lab test came back positive. I then conducted asbestos tests throughout my house with another contractor and lab. Strangely, the tests all came back negative, including another test…”

  “Safeway Demos did an outstanding job, and I truly appreciate the hard work Yves and his team put into the project. They did a fantastic job replacing the bathroom/kitchen floor tiles and floor boards as a result of water damage that occured earlier. They were transparent, careful, and thorough every step of the way, always keeping me informed and ensuring the work was done right. I felt their pricing was more than fair given the level of quality and effort involved. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional contractors who genuinely care about doing their best work.”

  “Hired Yves to do an asbestos remediation. Job was more complex than he anticipated but he provided various options and we concluded on an optimal plan that ended up costing less than his original quote. He was honest, prompt, and did an exceptional job. Would highly recommend.”

  “We had a very small amount of asbestos tape on an old duct that needed to be removed. Eve was amazing at providing a prompt and professional removal service. He was very flexible for scheduling, provided the most reasonable and honest cost, and provided reassurance for safety. Overall perfect job and extremely happy with the outcome.”

  “Yves and his team were incredible to work with! They were so responsive and communicated with us throughout the process. They went above and beyond when checking for asbestos and fixing the water damage to our ceiling. The team did a fantastic job of keeping everything clean. We couldn't have asked for anything more from them, thank you so much!”
