“Our chimney was struck by lightning and the damage was extensive, with some of the electrical in the house requiring inspecting. CDN was the company sent by the insurance to manage the repairs. They were efficient, knowledgeable and extremely easy to deal with. Prior to the work being started, I was made aware of the parameters of what would be covered...I expected no more, no less...and was not disappointed. Would use this company again in a heartbeat. Thank you!”

“CDN took an already stressful situation (water damage) and made it even more so with poor communication and sloppy workmanship. In one instance, poor quality tiling materials were used. Paint was mismatched. More seriously, we were forced to pay extra to re-waterproof a shower that was damaged by CDN when they broke a seal in haste. We were also forced to hire Sears to fix a dryer that was 'repaired' by a CDN workman who originally moved the dryer in order to repair drywall. I never write reviews but we were dismayed at the customer service and overall experience.”

“Had CDN Restoration at our place after a massive flood from a toilet tank. Water made it into the ducts and travelled everywhere. So thankful to CDN R and crew for their incredible response time, late hours spent getting things under control and meticulous work around our house. From the initial clean up, drying out, minimizing floor damage and drywall repair to their overall friendly demeanor, these folks are great at what they do. Many thx guys!”
