“I normally don't leave reviews for anything, but for the first time, I felt it was important to do so and share our experience. It's never a good thing when you walk into your house after a day at work, expecting to prepare dinner for your family only to find out that your house was gushing out water for what appeared to be the entire day. This was our story, and when it happened to us, I wasn't quite sure what do to. I found Hero Response online remembering seeing their bright orange vans occasionally. “The Hero Response team is very professional and knowledgable. My house flooded and Roberto and Andres were very patient and took the time to explain everything to me. They were very prompt to dry my house, and completed the repairs very quickly after my adjuster approved my claim. After they finished, they left the house super clean.
