“I called Imperial for a complete gut of a condo. They were recommended by building management and have renovated many units in this complex. As requested I sent a detailed email of the scope of work I was looking for. Their rep was over 1 hour late arriving and was ready to inspect the condo. But we needed an estimate. Their rep told me that he had no experience in providing an estimate. They told me the estimate would take 10 days. When no one called me, I called them. And their response was ‘someone called you to tell you we couldn’t take on the renovations’ this is a total lie. No responsive, not truthful. I am so grateful I…”

“If their service is anything like the way their truck driver drives on the highway, I would not recommend this company. Almost got side-swiped by their truck #8 on the highway, cut us off without signalling and when we honked the driver had the audacity to give the middle finger. 5 minutes later we saw him cutting another car off again without signalling, endangering others driving around him. Not a good representation of the company.”

“If you really need the best company to deal with your flood or repairs, call these guys. They are quick to respond, professional, and very communicative. They finished the job in couple of hours, cleaned and disinfected the place nicely, and installed the proper equipment for mold remediation. After this I had them do the respective repairs and they did a nice job. I am superhappy of their business. Kudos to Imperial.”

“The workers know what they are doing and are professional. I have used Imperial Restoration on three different occasions, and they never cease to amaze me. They respond to calls promptly and are always at my residence on the agreed date and time. I started using them because of my co-worker's recommendation, and I have never regretted it.”
