“Rahimjon, the project manager at Kavern Building Restoration, was very professional throughout the entire process. He came to our property, inspected everything carefully, and provided a detailed estimate for the complete condo caulking work. As a property manager, I also received estimates from a few other companies, but Kavern offered the most reasonable pricing with a clear scope of work. What impressed me most was not only the pricing but also the quality of the work and communication. I’m writing this review after the project has been completed, and I can honestly say we are very satisfied with the results. The work was completed within the promised timeline, and the final delivery exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Rahimjon…”

“As a Property Manager it is vital that we have great partners in the community to work on critical projects as they arise. Kavern worked on two projects in tandem for us, extraction of a wall around our elevator and floor repair to a balcony and I can't express how professional they were throughout the entire process. Because both of these projects had multiple vendors, it was important that Kavern Building Restoration was here when they stated they would be here, and they were. The projects were followed through and finished on time and both look great! We highly recommend them for any project you may have”
