“Hello, I just figured I would leave a review. I had Onside come to my residence in March, due to that brutal ice storm we had We called and Onside was there within hours to provide service. This was our first clam and we had no idea the process. Emily called and scheduled us right away. No point on complaining on scheduling issues. These guys are her here to help us !! We first had Andrew and George show up. My wife was a little distraught and emotional. George has a quick wit and a promising humour. Put a smile on her face within seconds. Andrew walked us through the starting process.. they were in and out within the day…”

“Do not hire this company - you are better off hiring a different contractor. They are a subsidiary of Belair/intact insurance and will treat you with disregard. After the flood of our basement apartment back in July 15, the company came in 10 days after the flood. While packing up our items, they accidentally broke our coffee maker - accidents happen. I asked representative Emily Cowan for it to be replaced and asked for the money as a cheque so we could upgrade our coffee maker when our place was ready to move back in. They agreed and I still have yet to see a cheque after 3 months and followed up with them about it. Now they just ignore…”

“Great experience with On-Side…. They really are ‘on your side’ our basement flooded and it was a nightmare we were lucky to have Joshua save the day. Extremely efficient and professional everything went smoothly.”

“Poor service. Took them 8 months before they fixed my fence and this is after me having to place numerous calls asking when? when? When? I was not happy with the fence repair which I reported, yet no one followed up as promised. Not cool, very disappointing!!! Who wants nails sticking out their fence?? Poor job!!”
