“If you want fast, safe, reliable, high quality work for an affordable price then you’re in the right place. From our first phone call we talked with Kevin and he immediately made us feel more comfortable with less stress about the whole process. We had a leak in our basement that went behind the wall and under the subfloor. By the time we found out it had created a lot of black mold and the insurance company wouldn’t cover it. Kevin came out the next day to assess the damage and then had a team of experienced professionals come over to remove the flooring and affected walls and completely clean the basement. We are 100% happy with very part of…”

“I got some mould on my roof, and ONT sent some checking and restoring the roof. With their help, they found a minor leakage issues which leading to the mould. After locating the key issue, they helped with fixing the leakage and removing the mould. Special thanks to Mr. Saesan for his prompt arrangement, quick feedback and understanding of the decision making background. Under such a communication, my experience of fixing the roof was a pleasent journey.”

“I had a flood back in my house from the 2nd floor to the basement back in march and I did not know what to do. Luckily when I googled flood cleanup company I was connected with ONT Restoration. I am so happy I got paired with the right company. From the moment I spoke to reception (at 3am) to the crew coming to my house within 45 minutes. It was an amazing experience. I was stressing out not knowing what is going to happen next. They dealt with everything, spoke to the insurance company, got me a place to stay while they did the repairs. Best customer service I have ever dealt with. Cannot recommend them enough.”

“I called this company on Wednesday August 23rd, 2024 to inquire about restoration service for a basement that has water damage . The man who took my call was unprofessional and couldn’t wait to get me off the phone in out 1 minute phone call . I was in the middle of saying something and “sounds good” was spoken over me twice , my friend was my witness to this phone call . I was told a technician would call me back and that he was just the person who takes the calls . I’m here literally ready to spend money locally to your business (midland / Eglinton) to deal with a small square foot issue of flood water damage…”
