From start to finish they were professional, thorough, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right. A special shoutout to Cleo who managed our job from beginning to end. “My basement window had mold growth around it so I found pro max on google and gave them a call. They sent someone over within 2 hours to clean and treat the mold. They discovered I had a water leak from the outside of my house and showed me exactly where it was. They set up equipment to dry out the area and returned the following day to remove the equipment and then repair all the damages. They were efficient, reasonable and very kind. I would highly recommend their services and will be using them again for any future problems that I have. Thank you Pro Max Restoration!”

“Very happy with Ervis and the team and Pro Max Restoration! They were available late at night to fix the initial leak. Additionally, they were very responsive during the repair done to the damaged ceiling. They left the room where they were working clean at the end of each day”

“Pro Max showed up to my business when we had a flood. Extracted water removed all the wet materials and dried the place out. Also helped with the renovation so we can get our business back in operation in short time. Highly recommended.”

“Educated, professional and extremely helpful. PRO-MAX Restorations had guys readily available to help diagnose, quote and treat the mold in my home. And when I had advanced, technical questions, TONY was all over it. He gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions. He’s competent, educated and VERY reasonable. I’d not only use PRO-MAX again if I needed but would gladly encourage anyone to check them out. The were professional, kind, sympathetic to my struggle…….cleaned up after themselves……..what more could you ask for? I’m in the trades and I see what’s available to homeowners as far as level of knowledge and professionalism, believe me I put them to the test and they passed with flying colours.…”
