“Excellent professional service, Shawn went above and beyond to make sure the that the job was done as close to original. He made sure that every possible thing that was damaged was replaced properly. John and his team worked very hard, putting in extra time to get the work done on a deadline. Everyone in the company was very professional to deal with, I’m more than happy with their service.”

“Had a minor mold issue in the basement that we needed fixed immediately due to me having some underlying health conditions. I had the joy of dealing with Mason as our project manager, and Danny and Yuri as our technicians. Right from the beginning everyone was quick, efficient, no-nonsense and very professional. I found it very easy to talk to all three of them as down-to-earth, everyday working guys who sympathized with our situation and did their best to fix it. Prices were very reasonable and they responded to our issue faster than any other company I reached out to and I am thrilled with the job they did. Also huge shoutout to Loretta on the admin side of things…”

“We had Ken McDermott from Puroclean Milton come to assess a mold problem we were having in our main bathroom. He performed a very thorough assessment of our issue. He assured us there was no moisture problems within the drywall, made sure our exhaust fan was adequate, checked the attic and even went down to our basement and adjusted the settings on the furnace. He also provided us with recommendations to help eliminate the problem. We are very appreciative of service. Ken was extremely personable, professional and we would very highly recommend him.”

“We were very impressed with the PuroClean team. We had some minor water damage that I'm sure seemed small to them, but was very concerning to us. They were responsive, respectful and helpful. Great communication too. Our original consultant was headed out on vacation, so the owner himself followed up the next day to ensure everything was in order. We will absolutely use them again, if the need arises!”
