Their team was organized, professional, and kept everything running smoothly during a very stressful situation. The on-site lead did a great job managing the process and making sure the damage was handled properly. Highly recommend!”

“A friend referred us to Quick Response Restoration after a family friend's basement flooded in North York. They did a great job with teh clean up and mitigation, but honestly what stood out most is how they handled the people side of it. The friend we were helping is older and was pretty anxious through the process. The team at Quick Response took their time to walk through the process, explain what would happen and never made us feel rushed or pressured. That meant a lot to us. The job was done well, on time, on budget and there were no surprises. Great work - highly recommend.”
