“We’re happy with how our basement turned out after the rebuild following water damage. A big thank you to all the crews who worked on the project. Everyone who came through our home was courteous and professional, and the quality of the work was great. The flooring, drywall, painting, and finishing details all came together really nicely. We appreciate all the effort that went into the rebuild and are happy to have our basement back.”

“I just finished having to redo all of the work the restorators did. They did a hack job on our waterproofing- installing the membrane backwards and not attached to the actual wall. Leaking started again and we saw water within a year. Also, their contractor for plumbing left a loose pipe in our wall causing more issues. They also never finished the finishing touches like spots on the ceiling etc and returned my things before painting leaving a horrible paint job. I cannot recommend: Note to the response: The outward bumps of the membrane should be against the wall to create pathways into the trench as per all three quotes and another contractor and the manufacturer. “We had a leak in our house that caused extensive damage. Mark and his team showed up as soon as we called them. They started the restoration process right away and also dealt directly with our insurance, taking much of the stress off of our plate. In addition, packed all of our contents and have them stored for us as we go through the renovation process. I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed!”

“Almost to every detail in another review from customer, Jocelyn A, hiring this company was the WORST mistake. We called them the Friday before Christmas 2024 when a serious toilet problem on our second floor leaked right through to the ceiling on our main level. With our first call the service was prompt, professional and personable. Within a week or so, Mark (the guy in charge) had organized the emergency services, which included taking out all the drywall in the affected ceiling area and then some but then in the majority of our entire kitchen. The crew also took out all my flooring down in our hallway upstairs and most of our downstairs and kitchen. “New kitchen” one of them…”

“I called mark right away when my basement flooded in my business. His team urgently came and removed all my personal belongings and cleaned out the water. His team was professional and kind, and answered all my questions. He was able to hold my belongings until my landlord got my basement renovated , which i am really grateful for . Will be recommending him to anyone in need of restorative services. Thank you Mark & Team!”
