“These people are performing highway robbery. They charged me $175 plus HST for a service call to inspect an AC. Then another invoice for nearly $700 for a new thermostat. I am sorry but there is something called reasonable pricing and it would be nice if they could appreciate this. I understand that everybody needs to eat and pay their bills but not by literally robbing others of their hard earned money. Charging someone almost $900 to replace a thermostat is robbery. I don't know how these people sleep at night. With so many other HVAC and building restoration companies around, I don't know why anyone would use True-Care. Stay away from them. Their prices are absolutely ridiculous.”

“Seriously recommend! Recently, with a heavy snow load, the roof vents at my parents house had shifted, and let a ton of water into their attic. It leaked down inside the walls, all the way to the basement. One phone call to True Care and their amazing and we'll prepared crew were able to set up equipment that completely dried everything up before any further damage was done. I had stopped the leak prior to calling them, but I am sure they could have taken care of it or at least knew someone just as reliable as True Care. Well equipped. Knowledgeable. Compassionate. Understanding. The words my parents used to describe the crew. I would whole heartedly recommend True Care…”

“I should have given a negative review. I am owner of unit 315 from 1800 simcoe st N. I was charged for 457.65 cad for putting 1 pipe in hose of the unit above.(5 mins work)and putting a dehumidifier for a day. To begin with I shouldnt have been charged for this and Even if they are charging the condo corporation this rate ,then it is total rip off!! Stay away.”

“More than once, without my consent, I’ve been charged an exorbitant amount of money for questionable services that was performed by this unethical company. Unfortunately, a contract was signed and the only thing I can do is warn others to stay away.”
