“A job well done, on time and professionally remediated the mold. Moe aptly handled the situation with the tenant, went above and beyond and removed mouse droppings from the drywall at no extra cost. He also provided good advice to deal with the situation and issued a proper certificate after remediation. Thank you Moe. Highly recommended for your mold situation.”

“The home inspector found mold in our attic. We called Xtreme Controls and Moe was very thorough and knowledgeable, he explained the process and gave us a great price comparing the other mold companies. The technicians did a great job removing the mold from the attic and gave us certification. The buyers were happy with results and we sold! We so glad we found Xtreme Controls… Highly recommended”
