“5 stars for a reason! Our basement flooded and Danial arrived within hours of calling to assess the damage, which was more than what we initially thought. He had his crew in the next morning (he was willing to come in at midnight!) to remove all the carpeting, baseboards etc and get the dehumidifier and fans going. The team came back 3 days later to re-assess and address the drywall, which needed to be removed in many areas. Danial was extremely communicative and gave us constant updates on what to expect, when he and his team would arrive (which were bang on), and it was all done with genuine care for us, our home and our pets. “My dad went to the basement and saw 4 inches water everywhere that came throw a burst pipe and then I called oncall restoration from google, they came to my basement and dried up the whole basement and did a very clean job. I would recommend this company 100%.”

“Danial and his crew at 5 Star Cleaning are a prime example of doing a job very thoroughly, professionally, quickly, and empathetically. Highly recommend their service to protect your home and belongings if you're ever in the unfortunate circumstances of a flood in your home. We experienced a considerable flood throughout our 3-storey townhouse during late hours, and 5 Star Cleaning arrived within an hour, and acted very quickly to stabilize the home. I'm not going to get into all the details of all the work they did to minimize water damage, protect our contents, and return our home to a dry and stable state. What I feel is worth noting was their ability to bring a sense of calm…”

Daniel was quick in response and did a very thorough job ensuring the right steps were taken to remove water, and disinfect the area.
