“Absolutely terrible experience dealing with Majid and GTA Restoration. Communication was unprofessional, promises were not kept, and the entire process became extremely frustrating. Deadlines kept changing, accountability was almost nonexistent, and the quality of work did not justify the stress or cost involved. I tried multiple times to resolve issues respectfully, but instead of solutions, I got excuses and poor follow-up. This was one of the most disappointing contractor experiences I’ve had. I would strongly recommend people do extensive research and get everything in writing before considering this company.”
