“If I could give DKI Burlington no stars I would. Our excruciatingly long journey of working with them started in September 2025 when we had a small flood in our basement. Our insurance company had them on their provider list, and in a moment of desperation we went with their suggestion. The initial emergency call has been the only positive and timely experience we had with this company so far. From that point on it has been one roadblock after the other paired with the highest level of poor customer service. Leaving us as a homeowners with ongoing disruptions to our living space which includes bedrooms and our home office. What was one repair initially, turned into a second. To…”

“Amazing service from Dave and his team at DKI! We’re so grateful for their rapid response—they even came out on Super Bowl Sunday—and made a terrible situation far more bearable. While another company demanded extensive information before addressing our emergency, DKI took care of everything and coordinated directly with our insurance carrier. They respond quickly, are incredibly accommodating and patient, and everyone on the team is kind and friendly. We were so impressed by their attention to detail and how organized they are. We’re deeply appreciative of Dave and his team and highly recommend DKI!”

“I had no idea the size and scale of the Burlington DKI operation until I actually had the opportunity to take a physical tour inside their location. everything from mould equipment to fire support to commercial grade to de ozonation, These guys have every piece of machinery you could ever think of when it comes to taking care of any type of property damage. I wouldn’t hesitate to call these guys in a heartbeat. Their office is organized. Their team is structured their systems and processes on how they handle insurance claims is so clean that translates into an effortless job every time. Great work to Jim and his team!”
