  “I had a flood in my basement and reached out to RCIP Restoration . From the very first call, they were super responsive. Ed came the same day did a full inspection, and quickly scheduled the work. The team that came was extremely professional and clean. I had lots of furniture and stuff, and they covered everything carefully before starting. They removed the old flooring and installed the new one in a very professional way. What impressed me the most is how smooth and flexible the whole process was.   “We recently hired RCIP Restoration for a complete assessment and repair of the damages caused by a leaking pipe behind the wall in our kitchen, we called their 24/7 emergency phone line as this happened on the weekend; and within one hour their qualified technicians where at our house to assess the damages. They identified the problem quickly and temporarily fixed the leak to prevent further water damage to our floors, kitchen cabinet and the basement. They came in the next day to completely remove all damaged drywalls, kitchen cabinets, in the kitchen, also removed the drywall and flooring in the basement.
