“Dennis and Damian both came by my house to check on some water damage that occured from the heavy 2025 winter season we had. My roof was reported as having ice damming damage which caused a water leak when the snow melted during the warmer tempuratures. Dennis and Damian both came in with a professional attitude and assessed the scope of the damage and got straight to work. They were very knowledgeable and neat, which I very much appreciate.”

“Heads up to the team , in my appartment, I had water damage from ceiling , and drywalls , Petre , Denis and the team , removed base boards and cut the drywall, and I had 72 hours of noise with 14 fans and 3 dehumidifiers to dry the ceiling and walls , it was very inconvenient, moving all the furniture and emptying closet, but with patience dried well , Denis , Petre and Sam were back to remove all the fans and dehumidifier’s,Denis and Sam , repaired drywall, and then Sam worked hard for 2 days , wrapping up the living room, kitchen , master bedroom, closet , and repaired the ceiling , sprayed popcorn, painted the walls ,…”

From the first call, their team communicated clearly and kept me informed about what needed to be done and how the process would unfold. They were responsive, patient with my questions, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. The technicians were professional, efficient, and very detail-oriented. They prepared the area carefully, worked quickly without cutting corners, and kept everything clean throughout the repair. The bathroom looks excellent now, and you would never know there had been any damage. I would definitely recommend Essential Restoration to anyone needing reliable restoration work.”

“Sam has the best attention to detail! The way he prepares and wraps the area he’s working in is incredibly tidy—no clean-up needed afterward. He works fast, efficiently, and with real care. I can’t thank him enough for the amazing job he did at Lakeshore. It’s disappointing to see some of the negative assumptions people make about a small business. Based on my experience, those comments don’t reflect the quality of work at all. Sam and his team were professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled. We really should be supporting our local businesses, not tearing them down. Highly recommended! Thanks Sam”

“I had a terrible leak in my home and two technicians by the name of Pavli and Davis came to sort the problem this evening. They were very professional and respectful. When they told me they were going to cut my roof to find the leak, I was really upset because oI was afraid of the mess that would be created, but they worked to perfection, covering all surrounding areas with plastic and when they were done everything was back to what it was before. For someone like myself who's paranoid about cleanliness, I have to give them a five star rating. In addition what I also appreciated was the explanation of what they planned to do, where the issue…”
