The First General team was professional, responsive, thorough, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done properly. A very special shout out to Andy, the lead on the project, who was great and reliable throughout the entire process. He kept everything organized, communicated clearly, answered all of our questions, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Also, Annie and her cleaning crew also did an incredible job. The house was left spotless, and their hard work, care, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. “We don’t usually go with contractors, but so glad we did. We had a flood with little kids in the house- the whole situation was overwhelming. Andy came within the hour, responded to every text, gave clear timelines and checked in throughout the whole project. We even moved in a couple weeks sooner than anticipated. Rudy and his team did an awesome job on all the repairs- hardwood, taping, painting, basement flooring, trim etc. Work was solid. These guys worked late and on weekends, and left the place clean after every job. Ani and the packing/moving team did a great job storing and wrapping all our furniture, then bringing it back in exactly as it was. Crazy job- so thankful…”

“First general took the time to assess the water damage and provide not only mold abatement but also proper repair of the subfloor. “Ani and the team at First General were incredible to work with after a flood in my home. They packed up and moved everything into storage, then brought it all back and unpacked it. Everyone was friendly, hardworking, and genuinely dedicated to getting the final outcome right. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. They made sure everything went back where it originally was, which made a stressful situation a lot easier. Highly recommend the First General team. Thank you!”
