“Following the ice storm this past winter, I had extensive damage to my home. First General was the company that completed all the various repairs and brought my home back to beautiful. First General were quick to respond, and they literally handled the stress of this situation and assured me that they would see every aspect of this huge project through. Vincent was my first contact. He was so professional, yet understanding and kind. He took pictures of the damage to my home, reassured me that this would be taken care of.
