  “Last December we had a huge fire in our backyard. Our gazebo with hot-tub, garage roof, backyard deck with all the furniture, barbecue, even the stucco on my house is melted down. Everything was gone. Paul Davis team, our project manager Nash Saleem and his team cleaned everything up, even the smoke damaged items from my garage. They took care of all the permits from the city. They not only rebuilt everything, but my deck, and my gazebo looks, and constructed better then it was before. New roof and window on my garage. New hot-tub. Their electrician replaced all the wiring, breakers, plugs for the hut-tub. They replaced the insulation and stucco on my house. Matched up the color of…”

  “I had some challenges with an original contractor that was assigned to my home restoration; however I after I escalated to the leadership team, I was assigned a fantastic project manager Yousif who was professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He didn’t try to gaslight me, he listened to me and he compromised where and when needed. He saw the issues that I was unhappy with and he made it right. I was heard and treated fairly. He has a very solid team of contractors that he works with that completed the project quickly and with exceptional workmanship. While the overall project was a very long restoration, (because of the issues with the previous contractor and my home insurance) the work was…”

Our project manager, Luigi, set the tone right away with a thorough assessment of the damage. He walked us through the entire process, explained what to expect, and made sure we understood all our options.   “We worked with Paul Davis during a very stressful water damage restoration, and overall the outcome was positive. The process itself was not simple — there were multiple stages, insurance back-and-forth, and delays that naturally come with a claim of this size — but John stayed involved throughout and made sure the work was completed. The flooring replacement, drying, and reinstatement were handled properly, and communication improved as the project moved forward. Restoration jobs like this are never smooth, but once things were clarified, the team followed through and ensured the unit was put back together.
