“Unfortunately, we had a flood in the basement of our offices. We were lucky enough to find Flood Service Canada available on a Saturday to come out and provide emergency restoration services. Chad and his team were professional and efficient. They removed all the standing water, cut out the affected drywall, sprayed the area for mould, tested for moisture, and left fans and dehumidifiers running for several days to ensure the area was dry. Our insurance company even commented on the basement's condition, stating how clean and professional the work looked. I hope we don't need them again, but if we do, we will call Chad at FSC. Highly recommend!”

“During the Toronto Rain Floods in July 2024, I reached out to 5 different flood service providers but Chad and his team was quick to respond to my inquiry within 30 minutes. He was completely busy with other jobs but still made the time to come by to my home at night (10PM) which was completely unexpected but he overdelivered in his customer experience which was a huge plus. He hand-held the whole process from the Xactimate, drying process, drafting reports, getting repairs done -- he managed everything seamlessly and was a phone call away if needed. There's no doubt in my mind that if a flooding situation occurred again, I would call Chad and his team again with no…”
