“I was referred to Steve for a mold inspection and I was a bit confused out of all the mold inspectors in the KW region I was given his number. After calling Steve and working with him I can see why anyone would recommend him. He's very professional, quick at responding, and very thorough in his inspections. No wonder his business has 5/5 rating and I would highly recommend his services for new home buyers as well as homeowners concerned for health and safety.”

“Steve was very polite, informative and thorough. His inspection price is very reasonable compared to a few other companies we contacted. We really appreciated the tips he gave us on cleaning up a smaller mold area that is considered a level 1. He gave us peace of mind knowing our home is safe. We will pass on his name to others with great confidence.”

“MoldCare was recommended from a friend. The mold I found was a surprise to me, and it looked bad!! I contacted them, and within a few hours, Steve dropped by to take a look. He put my mind at ease and gave me great recommendations. I now have a direction to follow. I can't say enough how much I appreciated this. I know I have a future project in my house that will need work, and they will be the first people I call next. Highly recommended!!!”

“Steve Zehr , was our technician. I am very happy and impressed by his knowledge and very detailed in giving me the right advice. Absolutely, I had no prior knowledge about Mold, he was kind enough educate me. The cost was reasonable. In 10 weeks Mr Steve will be back to do air testing.
