“Ground water seeped into my basement thru the window well. I called RBC insurance promptly and Paul Davis co reached out to me. I had already dried up the water and put a dehumidifier on in that room. Your team came next day, did their inspection, removed damaged material and put on many fans and a humidifier. They were respectful and efficient. They removed their equipment a few days later. Thanks, Paul Davis and Team.”

“Tough to give this group any higher than a 3 despite some great moments. For context, they were looped in by our insurance broker to project manage the resolution for a sewage back-up in our basement. 1. Speed of service is super unreliable. For aspects of the job, they were quick and efficient and communication was on point. Other times, they were super slow (months of no movement) and would just randomly show up without notice. Disruptive is an understatement. 2. They contract out work to third parties, and the businesses they brought in were incredibly unprofessional, unreliable, and unimaginably messy. a. They brought in some moving company to clear out the basement and the amount of damage they caused…”

“STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS COMPANY!! We unfortunately had no choice what company would be used to change the flooring after a flooding in our home. This is the company was who was given to us and they were AWFUL! After many discussions about dates for them to come in and change the flooring (including, if you did not respond to their emails promptly enough, threats to change the dates of renovations again) we had finally decided on dates. It was during a long weekend and we were specifically told by Alexis we had to be out by 6am on the Tuesday following the long weekend or they would not begin work and threatened to postpone it.…”

“Paul Davis arrived the day after we contacted our insurance provider. The project manager took pictures of the water damage and explained in minute detail what the process would be. The remediation crew arrived with the equipment for drying the water leak. The crew arrived daily to monitor the progress and kept us up to date as to what the timeline could be. The crew are all professionals and know what is needed in every situation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any remediation work that is required.”
