“I want to recommend PuroClean Restoration Durham West for anyone who needs their services. I'm deaf. I read lips well but can only communicate by text, email or face to face. That presents problems if people can't accommodate for me. We had a lot of rain at the end of May & unfortunately one of my sump pumps & its battery backup failed. I ended up with a massive flood in my basement. I discovered the flood late at night. I contacted several restoration companies & Rick Benn from PuroClean was the first to respond.
