“Puroclean did a great job at walking us through the process and did a great job restoring our damaged powder room. They listened and understood the situation at our first call and scheduled an inspection a couple of days later. They did a thorough inspection of the damage to confirm the scope of work. Justin was very responsive with texts and emails to answer all our questions - even after-hours, weekends, and on his vacation (thanks Justin). Mike did the final restoration and did a wonderful job - from demo, mold clean up, and construction/finishing. He was pleasant, on-time, and was in constant communication with us at each stage of the restoration. They were very sincere at really helping us…”

“Puro Clean employees were great dealing with the damages caused by ice damming in our house this year. Our main point of contact was Mike, an he was great! Not only that the work was done quickly to tackle the problem, but also we were shown an understanding, our needs were accommodated. All interactions demonstrated not only a sense of urgency but also a great deal of compassion. They have everything you’d ask for in an emergency situation when dealing with the water damage to your house. Thank you, guys!”

“Puroclean was hired as a family member had water damage to their unit, Dave came in to assess the issue, he was profession polite and explained what was needed/process. Mike came to complete the flooring and painting, he was patient and professional and assisted with choosing flooring going above and beyond. Flooring and painting of unit was amazing, the team came in preparing the unit with covering appliances etc, when the work was completed we were amazed at how clean/tidy the unit was (minimum dust as expected) definitely would recommend Puroclean and Mike!”
