From the moment they stepped in, they were complete professionals. Andres and John were my main contacts throughout the process and they were so helpful at coordinating everything. They truly made us feel like they cared about our problems and the safety of our family. “Incredible service from start to finish by Sal and the Restoration Canada team! They made this emergency turn in to a very positive experience. Excellent communication by Sal and John. Even better coordination and scheduling. Sal and team manage a lot of the confusion and communication between you and insurance company and give you, genuinely the best and most honest advice you can get! Services performed were: Initial inspection, initial emergency repair, mold inspection, flooring replacement, ceiling replacement, cleanup. All around heavy furniture that I couldn’t move out of the basement alone! Special shout out to Sals cleaning crew as they made the basement look BRAND NEW after all the flooring and ceiling work was done. Don’t go anywhere else…”

“I am so glad we called Restoration Canada when we discovered a leak in our basement at the end of last year. They send out a crew right away to dry everything out and prevent mold, and were so easy to work with. They recently completed the remodel and not only am I thrilled with the results (which included a custom counter modification), I am so grateful to the entire team for making rhe process so smooth. They even helped us through the process with our insurance company. I highly recommend them for any housing mishaps, they really made the whole process low stress. Thank you!!”
