“Our tenant had a kitchen fire in our condo rental unit. The kitchen was half destroyed and the entire apartment had smoke damage. Dino and his team did a tremendous job restoring the place to the highest quality standards. I had a lack of proper insurance and was living in Australia (on a 14-16 hour time difference) which made for a complicated and stressful situation. Dino was a lifesaver!! Not only was the work high quality, he took the time to explain everything in great detail, investigate alternatives, help me make decisions, price things fairly, and get just about every small job finished until the place was like new. Mark and his staff are beyond exceptional and made sure their job assignment was completed in a timely manner. Puroclean Toronto East did such a wonderful job in repairing our basement and ensured that our requests were met. “We had water damage from the rain storm Toronto experienced last summer. Mark from PuroClean was recommended to us by our insurance broker. It turned out not to be an insurance claim, but Mark proved incredibly helpful. He helped identify how the water entered the house and found us a contractor who will replace the siding that turned out to be the culprit. We are now contracting with the siding guy directly. “Fraudulent charges and lack of disclosure. I did not hire them. They were sent my by insurance company and never disclosed any charges would apply. The bill included a list of totally fraudulent charges for work that wasn’t done. This is insurance fraud.”
