“If I could give Restoration Mate 10 stars, I absolutely would. I had a major issue with water leaking into my ceiling and walls, and within no time, Andrew, the sales manager, was at my home inspecting everything. He quickly provided a quote and reassured me that everything would be taken care of. They came the same day and got started right away. After that, they showed up every day to make sure everything was drying properly and looked great. They did an amazing job. The level of care they put into preparation and cleanup is something I’ve honestly never seen before—they are incredibly clean and professional. This is easily the best company you’ll find. “I had a great experience with Restoration Mate. I noticed a crack in my ceiling where it connects to the backyard wall, and several other companies told me it was a serious "Ice Damming" issue, quoting heavy repair costs. However, when I called Restoration Mate, they sent Kevin. He inspected the roof with professional equipment and gave me the peace of mind that there were no ice damming or structural issues. It turned out to be a minor issue from a previous paint job! Kevin even went above and beyond by checking my basement. I’m so grateful for his patience, professionalism, and honesty. I highly recommend this company!”

“We had an excellent experience with Restoration Mate after a major water leak over the Thanksgiving long weekend caused significant damage to our rental property. Despite the timing, Kevin responded promptly, guided us through the process, and maintained close communication throughout the holiday and the entire project, while also helping explain the work to our tenants. He coordinated the rebuild efficiently, accommodating our tenants, who decided to remain on-site during the repairs, and provided regular updates.
