“I had a great experience with PuroClean when my basement flooded due to a water softener pipe issue. Their remediation was efficient and thorough — all wet materials were removed the very next day, and I am happy with the restoration work. Thank-you to Perry, the project manager. He handled all communication with insurance adjustor, which took a huge burden off me. Because of PuroClean’s coordination and professionalism, the basement restoration process went much faster than if I had worked with the insurance adjustor directly. I had a positive experience, and I would recommend PuroClean to anyone dealing with property damage.”

“PuroClean was absolutely amazing! All of the employees were very professional, helpful and empathetic when we were faced with a difficult situation after our brother’s death. They were available to do the job promptly and provided us with a detailed quote within hours. PuroClean not only thoroughly cleaned and medically sanitized his condo but facilitated us finding other people to paint and renovate the condo as well. The finished results were excellent! When we had concerns or questions they responded very quickly. I would definitely recommend Greg and his team to handle any type of clean-up that you might be facing.”

“Our basement flooded in late May one night after a torrential rain storm / sewer backup. I called a plumber that we know who said "Give me 5 minutes, Greg from PuroClean will call you." Greg called a few minutes later, he asked a few questions about what we were seeing, and told me that he'd be on site first thing in the morning with his team. They took care of EVERYTHING. Within two days our basement was packed up into a POD on our front lawn, they dealt with insurance, the various trades people, *everything*. If I had a question, I could call or text Greg and would get an answer within minutes. The contractor that they brought in…”

“Excellent experience with PuroClean of Markham. We were very stressed when our tenants reported that the basement was flooding. Greg was very responsive, explained the situation and his recommendation, then made sure that the situation was quickly remediated. Tom was incredible, really going the extra mile to ensure that the job was done right and as quickly as possible - couldn't have asked for a kinder person either :). We hope we won't need these services again any time soon, but it is comforting to know that if we do, PuroClean will be there. Highly recommend.”
