“We have had the most unprofessional, lax, unresponsive experience from Clint Scheltema. The first response when our eldery parents (87 &80 yrs old) condo flooded was good but went quickly downhill. It has been such a stressful experience that we decided to only have a portion of the work done as my parents didn’t want to burden us anymore. He continuously failed to update us, failed to respond to emails , giving the most ridiculous excuses.He gave us 2 email addresses because he claimed that our emails were going into quarantine folders. He should have been on top of our claim regardless. After many months the floor was installed, but we are still waiting for Clint to address a tripping…”

“Balo and his team at Winmar recently completed work on our basement after this past summers flood. I have been involved in a number of renovations/builds over the last 10 years and have NEVER seen a project executed so efficiently and on time as this did under Balo’s direction. He brought in strong trades to conduct the work in an efficient and professional manner. Our contents were removed quickly and carefully including a custom built in which I was worried about, the floors, walls and doors were all repaired/replaced with great care and finally contents and built reinstalled/put back into place quickly and carefully. Balo was incredibly professional and efficient from the very beginning. “Thank you so much to Balo! As a project manager he was superb and amazing. He walked us through all of the steps for mitigation. I would definitely recommend Winmar and give a 10 out of 10. We are more than satisfied with our services. It was a stressful time dealing with my renovations and as soon as Balo stepped in I felt completely at ease and heard. Trust is hard to gain and I would say that I completely without a doubt trust Balo and his expertise!”
