“Be extremely weary in trusting this company and its President Peter Sandica. In no uncertain terms, Mr. Sandica lied to my face in stating he had full scope and authority to continue on - subsequent to tenting/ mold abatement/ remediation - in facilitating the full scope of work required in my condo townhouse, with said permission coming from our condo board and property management. However, once tenting was installed, he maniacally retracted, and left our house in the state of disrepair pictured our below. Moreover, our ceiling and dishwasher were damaged in the process. From the start, Luis was extremely responsive — he quickly provided us with all the information and photos we needed before arriving on site. Once on site, it was immediately clear how organized and efficient this company operates. “We had a very unfortunate accident at our workplace; a car crashed into our clinic space, destroying the front 3 offices. Renolux responded immediately and was extremely efficient and thorough with the initial clean up. They helped secure the site and provide support. “I stumbled upon Renolux simply because my preferred vendor with my home insurance didn't pick up the phone! And Renolux was fantastic! They came same day, did an assessment and had emergency services working on my home within a couple hours of my call. They even took my call in the middle of the night when a second incident occurred and we need help. They checked on my damages over the weekend, and when time came for full repairs, they were quick and the job was done so well. Also, they worked well with my home insurance and their quote for repairs was WAY lower than the quote from my insurance's preferred vendor.
