“I recently had my kitchen sink start overflowing onto the floor in my home. I got the number of The Preferred Group from a friend. The Preferred Group arrived promptly at my place and was able to save my wooden floors from damage. They removed the water and set up a few fans and dehumidifiers to dry up the wet area. I truly appreciate the professionalism and quick response of The Preferred Group's team. Thank you.”
