“We had a small sewer back up in our basement. Probably something we could’ve cleaned up ourselves, but ew! Servicemaster attended promptly, was very respectful and had the area cleaned and sanitized in no time. The sanitizer they used smelled very good, a huge improvement over the unpleasant odor of the sewage. Would not hesitate to recommend Servicemaster Hamilton.”

“I called Service Master in Stoney creek for a problem with a water leak causing mold in a piece of drywall in my kitchen. They sent Chistopher Ward and another person to look at it. Mr. Ward their Project Manager said he would give me a quote later that day, he didn't call so I waited until the next day and called again said he had a family emergency. He left his book so I told him where it was. Anyway long story short I called and Talked to him 3 more times each with a promise to get me a quote. It's been 3 weeks and still no quote. I'm very disappointed with all the promises, if they didn't…”

“We had insurance claim with Intact that used Service Master to complete our deck . The guys that finished the job were professional and deck is stronger now that a tree won't bring it down again. The deck looks beautiful and guys were very polite and knew what they were doing. I will pass your name around. Eros was very helpful.”
