“I would like to express my sincere appreciation to United Water Restoration Group for the outstanding service they provided following a flood in my home. From the moment I contacted them, their response was immediate. The crew arrived promptly, was highly professional, extremely courteous, and worked with exceptional attention to detail throughout the entire process. They quickly assessed the situation, removed damaged portions of walls, bulkheads, and ceilings where necessary, pulled back carpeting, and efficiently set up drying equipment and dehumidifiers to prevent further damage. The work was carried out meticulously, and they took great care to clean up thoroughly afterward. What impressed me most was the level of supervision and quality control. “United Water Restoration Group of Toronto is an amazing company. We had major water damage in our basement. Zolt of United Water Restoration Group came in and surveyed the damage. He then went to work. Our basement basically had to be deconstructed so that it could then be reconstructed. Walls had to be taken down. Heavy duty fans were brought in so the insides of the walls could be thoroughly dried out so that mould would not occur. We needed to replace the carpeting, have the dry wall put back, and have the basement repainted. All of the different people that came into our home made sure that all the work was done efficiently. “I used United water Service recently I had a very very good experience with them. They were so quick . I called them and the next day they show up to start to work. They worked clean and very professional. The owner of the company was helpful and every single worker who showed up at my house was very nice , respectful and they worked very hard. I Really recommending using their service for anyone who needs help.”
