“If you can avoid these guys it would be in your best interest. We had a small claim for water damage in my mother-in-laws basement. Cory was the first to respond and was very helpful through the initial inspection and estimation process. He said he would be in contact with us but then never was. Within the first week a crew came in to remove, assess and complete some testing. They removed baseboards and some flooring. After a few days they came and removed their belongings from the property never to be heard from again. After multiple calls to Cory (who never answered or returned our calls) & leaving messages with the receptionist (again to be forgotten) we have been…”

“My condo had a flood and First Onsite property restoration did an outstanding job repairing my condo. From the beginning Ronny from First Onsite was very helpful and professional. He took care of every aspect of the repairs and kept me updated daily. He was very efficient and thorough. I can’t express how happy I am with the service I received from them. “Excellent service, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Right from the beginning working with First On Site we were always kept informed of everything that was going to happen, from contractors to removal and installations. Our basement flooded and First On Site came in removed everything that was exposed to the water (flooring, carpet, doors, walls), and left fans for drying. Once everything was replaced and painted, we were left with such a beautiful basement. What started out as a nightmare turned into something amazing, and it was all thanks to everyone involved (flooring, painters, plumbers, etc.) Just everyone involved was incredible. We cannot thank First On Site enough for everything they did and everyone they sent to our house, we…”
