“Stay clear of Paul Davis. After our house fire, we trusted Paul Davis to act as restoration experts and guide us through an already stressful and emotional process. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. Over the course of 18 months, they tore apart significant portions of our home while attempting to locate and address an ongoing odour issue, causing further disruption and damage. After 18 months of involvement in our project, they ultimately walked away from the rebuild without resolving the problem, leaving us to deal with the consequences. Throughout the restoration process, we received conflicting information from Paul Davis and their own trades and consultants. On multiple occasions, we were advised that materials or areas tested positive for…”

“Paul Davis helped with the restoration of our basement after a water backup. Our PM, Gjermane, was really helpful, responsive and professional during the entire process, particularly when unexpected issues arose. She worked behind the scenes to coordinate the various teams needed for the work required and kept us up to date through it all. It was a pleasure working with her and she instilled confidence that her team would get it done. And they did! Thank you.”

“I’m just at the beginning of my wee water issue, but the workers who came (Carlos and team) were polite, very neat and did very good work. I am still waiting to complete the job but so far I’m very happy.”

“Horrible experience, took 17 months diagnose an odor issue after a fire. Project manager doesn’t pick up or return calls, ignores email. Threw out all our belongings and didn’t list them properly. Tore our house to the studs and walked away from the rebuild as they did not quote the rebuild properly. Trades they used for demolition damaged property and Paul Davis holds no accountability. Tread with extreme caution if using Paul Davis Burlington!”

“I called for assistance when I had a residental sewer back up and basement flood. My homeowners Insurance was no help in what to do. Upon calling Paul Davis, I was connected to project manager Quinton within minutes. They were very quick to respond, and sent out a crew to assess and start the cleanup process. Unfortunately they were not on my insurance company's preferred list so I was only able to use some of their emergency services for a few days. I do recommend based on their response time and friendly staff at a time of homeowner uncertainty and stress.”
