“Top marks for PuroClean. We had a city sewer backup into our basement. Our insurance company assigned PuroClean to help mitigate as much damage as they could, get things cleaned up and then restore our home for us. It’s worth noting that our insurance company, our insurance broker and the third-party adjuster we initially dealt with, all spoke extremely highly of PuroClean. PuroClean arrived on the scene very fast. I can’t remember exactly, but I would say within an hour or so after being contacted. It was a big job, but our house was cleaned up and sanitized very quickly. They photographed and documented every single thing that was destroyed in the flood providing us with documentation for our insurance…”

“This company is incredible. After a flood Scott and his team walked with us side by side until things were cleaned up and made safe. Scott was always available to answers questions and helped mediate between us and the insurance adjuster. Wealth of Knowledge and a great team as well. Would have no issues recommending Puroclean to anyone.”

“Scott called me within 5 minutes of hanging up with the insurance company. Even though it was Thanksgiving Monday he was at my house within the hour to assess the situation. His crew arrived promptly the next morning and were professional and hard working. All communication with Scott was prompt and helpful. I would highly recommend this firm.”
