“I just wanted to reach out to you to say thank you to you and your team for their amazing service dealing with my Cat 3 sewage backup in Burlington in March 2023. This was a very shocking and difficult situation for myself and my family. You and your team were awesome in helping us through this ordeal. You guys were prompt and professional everyday you were here. “Totally recommend the Winmar team who were amazing helping us work through a very stressful situation with damages caused by an ice dam. Matt, the Project Manager, was with us every step of the way, very professional, great communication and always kept us updated on the scheduling of the various contractors. We encountered a few obstacles along the way and he went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. It was very reassuring to know that we were working with a team that we could trust to restore our house to its original state. Thank you especially to Matt and also Brett.”

“We recently had a basement flood and our insurance company dispatched WINMAR to sort out things, work needed, damage remediation and organisation of any repairs. Sadly, none of that happened at all. The young man that was sent by the company is utterly clueless. He turned up to assess the situation (three inches of standing water) wearing suede loafers. SMH He returned upstairs to get me to sign documents to authorise their work, with no attempt made to explain what or how they would fix the situation and with absolutely no empathy or mindfulness of the ongoing situation. When I informed him that the insurance company had said that WINMAR would organise a plumber, he told me that that was…”
