“Very disappointing experience with Renotown. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this company think carefully before hiring them for bathroom renovations. We had two washrooms in our home renovated by Renotown. One of the showers they built failed due to improper installation and waterproofing and ended up leaking through the ceiling below. The entire shower had to be torn out, and when it was opened, multiple workmanship deficiencies were found behind the tile. Because of this, I recently contacted them about the second washroom they renovated, which is still under warranty. The shower is already showing visible issues, including a loose tile edge, missing grout, and no silicone at tile-to-tile joints. These are basic installation requirements in any…”

“I had water damaged to my condo from a pipe burst from the mechanical room above and Renotown Inc with project manager Alban and Miri Mirian from Interior Design team did the restoration. They were professional, hardworking, didn’t even take a break (even though I brought them coffee or lunch) they had the get it done mentality and did a great job. They were very patient as I was dealing with a difficult tenant that would not move her contents out for the repairs and restoration. We had to work around that, making it more time consuming and harder to do. They did not complained about it and did a great job to not cause damage to her property considering…”

“Renotown did a fantastic job on the water leak in our garage . It was an emergency,the ceiling drywall collapsed and they responded right away within 2 hours. Julian Oppedisano the Project Manager and his team - Steve, Alonso and Manuel the foam insulation man were so professional and courteous . They answered all my questions and were so kind and polite . What an amazing team I would recommend their company to anyone. They should be commended for such an amazing job.”
