“We thought we had a leak develop in the basement and Pablo came over to help. He did a thorough leak detection survey and assured us it was not a leak after all only kids who had cause temporary water spill from the toilet above. He charged nothing for this consultation and driving hrs out of his way on Thanksgiving day. Thanks Pablo!”

“My basement flooded from a foundation crack and also required a flooded basement cleanup, I called flood tech at 3am and to my surprise they were available for an assessment at that time. I was very impressed with this company’s arrival time, their professionalism, pricing and expert water damage restoration knowledge. they did a thorough cleanup and also waterproofed my basement, I can’t say enough good words about this company they truly saved me thousands in further water damage repair costs. Behalf of me and my family I want to thank you guys for your hard work and humble understanding personalities.”

“Had a smoke test done in our house to test for leaky pipes. They walked us through the whole process and took time to answer all the questions we had and explain every step of the way. Even received a follow up call a week or so later from Pablo to see if the issue we had was still persisting or if it had resolved. Top notch customer service.”
