“I’m the caregiver for my very elderly aunt. She had a faucet leak in her kitchen that continued to leak down into the basement. Through her insurance company we luckily found Stephen Fitzpatrick and his crew for restoration of the basement. From our very first meeting I felt that my aunt’s beloved home of 70 years was in excellent hands. Because of the age of the home Stephen immediately tested for asbestos in the floor tiles which proved to be correct. For safety reasons my aunt was moved out of her home for only a week while the tile was removed. Then the restoration began. From start to completion it took 6 weeks which was amazing! “Despite the terrible situation that resulted in our connection, my experience with the team at WINMAR was wonderful. They were communicative, punctual, and efficient. I was kept in the loop at every point, and each sub contractor also met my expectations. I can honestly say that thus far, this has been my best renovation experience. “Our turtle tank filter malfunctioned ruining our newly renovated main floor and raining contaminated water into our basement. Winmar has been exceptionally patient in working through our challenging year and has done an absolutely brilliant job on our repairs The quality of the work is second to none- our basement probably looks BETTER than it did before! Probably the most impressive fact- they finished the bulk of the work in half the estimated time! Was everything perfect? No but the few things that went sideways were quickly and efficiently addressed. All in all, an excellent experience in a field where that is not always the case. Stephen, Hinda, and Artur were standouts in our minds. Thank you!”

A couple of hours later, Stephen came by our house. His professionalism and experience with these types of situations were immediately apparent, and we were able to relax, realizing that with him in charge of the project, our problem would get fixed properly. Every single person that Winmar sent to our house in the following weeks was prompt, hard working, thorough, and friendly. Fernando and Artur in particular provided exceptional service.
